What do we expect from you?

You will be responsible for the application of Customer Service Policy within the Maison in the Middle East Region.

You will be permanently in contact with the boutique networks, the technical platforms and workshops as well as the teams from HQ.

You will put in place necessary actions to ensure the best possible client service and will support the boutiques through their daily activities.

You will ensure the support and Client Service retail via training actions, procedures and follow up.

You will represent Client Service Policy in the region within the international teams.

You will be responsible of the quality of the Client Service by being the referent for the regional platforms and by guaranteeing the good execution and the quality of the interventions done by workshops.

You will manage the improvement projects of Client service by integrating client satisfaction measures (Barometer).

You will be the Ambassador of Maison at all the levels!
