The People Operations Coordinator aids with and facilitates the People Team processes by providing operational and administrative support and partnering closely with People Business Partners (PBP) to ensure excellent customer service is provided to employees. 

What You Get To Do Every Day
  • Manage new hire onboarding process including initiating background checks, sending start Information and welcome communications, Workday profile set up, and electronic file management
  • Partner with IT to provide new hire hardware and software needs in a timely manner
  • Liaison between recruitment, managers, IT, LP and other departments to ensure a smooth new hire onboarding process
  • Conduct Day 1 Welcome meetings with new hires weekly and virtually
  • Ensure compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification via E-Verify
  • Process employee status changes and updates in Workday in a timely manner including promotions, transfers, salary adjustments, office locations and others as necessary
  • Be the first point of contact for employees on HR related inquiries or requests including answering questions about benefits, payroll, Workday, background checks, company policies
  • Provide support for off-boarding and termination actions including sending termination documentation packets and partnering with IT and LP to offboarding employee system access
  • Be Workday superuser and support system inquiries from People team, managers and employees directly

What You Bring To The Role
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent and 3-5 years experience in and Human Resources or People Operations administrative role
  • Detail oriented, strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficient with Mac or PC, MS Office Suite, Google Suite
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with HRIS's a must, Workday experience is a nice to have 
  • Strong comfort with numerous systems including ATS, HRIS, LMS and other technology systems a must
