Dunhill is design-driven with style and purpose, having over 90 stores in 16 countries spanning from London, New York, Paris, Tokyo, Osaka, Shanghai, Beijing, Hong Kong, and Dubai.

In this 12-month full-time training program, you will have the opportunity to work in our boutiques, work alongside our Marketing & Communications team and be exposed to our retail management team in order to get the first insight to luxury retail. It is a unique and amazing opportunity for graduates or young talents to have both frontline and back office experience to start your career in the field.

The Program:

Boutique/Retail Team:

• Understand and support the team on boutique daily operations
• Gain the knowledge about the world of Dunhill and learn how to deliver exceptional customer service to our valuable customers
• Get to know different retail KPIs
• Work with different departments on various brand events and projects

Marketing & Communications Team:

• Communications - Understand different marketing KPI measurements, especially for the luxury fashion industry, prepare post campaign reports and analysis, provide support in different internal and external communications projects and coordinate with different parties on in-store communication materials
• Event - Support in the planning and on-site execution of both internal and external customer events and activations, in close co-operation with respective internal and external channels (PR, Digital, Logistics, Visual Merchandising, Retail Team, Production Houses, Printers, Agencies, etc) and finally prepare post event reports for management's review
• PR - Sample management, experience from ordering to stock management; manage 3 rd parties to track PR coverage etc
• Others - Prepare different regular reports, support and assist the team in different tasks including finance and administration areas

Requirements:

• Degree holder with a major in Retail Management/ Customer Relationship Management/ Hospitality/ Business/ Fashion-related disciplines are all welcomed
• Passionate about developing a career in luxury fashion retail
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Agile, creative, responsible and detail oriented
• Customer focused, a team player with a can-do attitude
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent in written and spoken English and Chinese (as well as Mandarin)
