As a P&O specialist, you are part of our in-house HR team. You will be responsible for all HR activities and making sure that they are processed efficiently, effectively, accurately and timely. You will be leading end to end recruitment processes for various roles, establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers, managing the day to day relationship with payroll outsourcing company and preparing HR reports and audits for different internal and external parties

P&O specialist

Responsibilities:
  • Own Human Resources aspects - including recruiting and retention, onboarding, learning and development and employee relations
  • Build and maintain roadmap of company events and team activities that drive employee engagement, learning, and development, with the goal of maintaining an awesome company culture
  • Work with teams and hiring managers to define roles, create job postings, and build structured interview processes that help identify the best candidates
  • Manage the logistics of the recruiting process, including interview scheduling, feedback collection, interviewer prepping, and candidate progression tracking
  • Oversee the administration of the employee experience, including being the first line of support for our internal and prospective employees for day-to-day HR issues
  • Be the go-to person for supporting various ad-hoc office and HR projects as they arise from our teams
  • Payroll administration in cooperation with external service provider
Qualifications:
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR area
  • Experienced in including running independent recruitment processes and processing payroll information in cooperation with external service provider
  • Fluency in English is required (min. C1)
  • Experience in international companies will be an advantage
  • Excellent candidate assessment and relationship building skills, very good communication
