If so, we would like to talk to you about the opportunity to join our team as Regional Talent Manager for Asia. It's a permanent role based in our Hong-Kong Regional Office.

As Regional Talent Manager, you will excel in leading the talent management activities across the different regions and markets in Asia (Japan, North Asia, South East Asia).

You will report to the International Talent Management Director based in HQ Geneva and you will work closely with the Regional and Country Managing Directors and your HR colleagues in Cartier and Richemont.

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

By contributing to the organization design and evolution of the region, you will build talent pools for critical roles and replenish gaps in the talent pipeline.

You will manage talent mobility of internationally mobile talents across Asia and across the world connecting with local HRs, the other International Talent Managers as well as the Richemont network.

You will also support talent assessment and development for internal candidates and be involved in interviews of external candidates as needed.

In order to facilitate talent decisions, you will create and gather talent and workforce analytics in the region.

As part of the Intl Talent Management team, you will contribute to the overall strategy by leading talent projects and implementing programs across Asia.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

You have a strong HR experience, at least 8 years, with an expertise on Talent (talent assessment, succession planning, leadership development, organization design). You have an international background and a global mindset.

Dealing with senior stakeholders, you will succeed in this role thanks to your ability to build effective understanding and strong collaboration with business leaders.

You need strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to collaborate and influence at all levels of the organization

To succeed in a matrix organization, you will demonstrate ability to deal with ambiguity. You will manage multiple projects and be results-oriented.

You will travel across Asia and beyond on a frequent basis.

You need to speak English fluently. Chinese is a plus.
