KEY RESULT AREAS AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Payment processing
 Be responsible for payment run and funds transfer in SAP with banks according to schedule, and follow up payment status;
 Validate and be responsible for payment submission via e-banking, and follow up payment status;
 Processing monthly cross-border payments in both SAP & e-banking.
 Prepare reject and return payment report to AP team for rearrangement;

Cash management
 Support supervisor on day-to-day treasury activities;
 Conduct SAP payment testing after maintenance by central team;
 Periodically review house bank and partner bank setting in SAP;

Financing activity support
 Support on loan drawdown on int. & ext. financing activities;
 Other documents needed per regulatory requirement.
 Assist with rental guarantee issuance and documentations.

Treasury reports
 Prepare monthly treasury report for accounting team;
 Prepare statutory report per SAFE request;
 Ad-hoc assigned by supervisor.

JOB PROFILE

Education
Bachelor's degree or above in Finance / Accounting;
Or Bachelor's degree in IT who are willing to work in Treasury.

Experience
1-2 years of working experience in finance or banking field is desired but not must, new graduates with high potential is also acceptable.

Skills required
 Must have strong work ethics, detail oriented, professional attitude, reliable;
 Strong data processing skill, excel Macro or VBA skill is highly preferred;
 Open minded for learning new skills and knowledge;
 Experience in dealing with Chinese banks is plus;
 Be able to work under stress and good time management on multiple tasks simultaneously;
