JOB TITLE: SDP - Project Coordinator
REPORTING TO Assistant Project Manager
LOCATION: Shanghai

MAIN PURPOSE
To be responsible for coordinating activities and resources in support of boutique/wholesale projects as well as maintenance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
 Key responsibility 1
Assist the Assistant Project Manager and/or Project Manager, where applicable, in the day to day duties of a project's administration.
 Key responsibility 2
Attend project coordination and contractor/architect/engineer meetings as requested or required.
 Key responsibility 3
In-charge of all project payment procedure and monitor the budget with related department / external parties. Set up payment follow up chart with details & review with Assistant Project Manager in weekly basis.
 Key responsibility 4
Negotiate with all aspects of Wholesale project, such as vendors, supplier and owner.
Oversee/manage the project, schedule control, cost budgeting and payment allocation.
 Key responsibility 5
Monitor on-going production/Mock-up aligned with time line, and visit the vendor millwork station upon necessity in parallel.
 Key responsibility 6
Prepare and/or edit meeting minutes, presentations and tables.
 Key responsibility 7
File all project documents (hard and soft copies) & set up a project database.

 Geographical area under responsibility : China
 Budget under responsibility : Related to Project and / or Maintenance Budget
 Number Point of Sales : Retail : at least 35 nos. / Wholesale : at least 55 nos.
COMPETENCY REQUIRED:
