AG Jeans is looking for an experienced Senior Sportswear Sales Executive to join our corporate team! The position will based out of our corporate office in Los Angeles.

 Responsibilities:

  • Manage and lead all sales activities of the company’s sportswear and knits business globally
  • Work strategically to achieve and exceed seasonal and annual sales goals
  • Establish and build strong relationships with wholesale buying teams at department stores and key accounts
  • Prepare for and attend all key sales meetings
  • Work closely with buying and planning teams to review seasonal budgets and profitability monthly to maintain a healthy business
  • Manage weekly/seasonal selling analysis and OTB management
  • Monitor and compile weekly selling analysis and sell through performance by door. Identify reorder, replenishment and swaps to drive in season business
  • Identify strategies to maximize sales growth and reduce inventory liability
  • Support operations, logistics and production internally to maintain efficient deliveries and customer service
  • Maintain knowledge of sales and current market trends within the denim market
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
  • Provide the corporate team with ongoing feedback about our performance as well as the competitive landscape

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-7 years of experience with luxury/and or contemporary sportswear and/or knits brands
  • Have existing relationships with senior leadership at department stores and key accounts
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Possess high level of analytical and organizational skills with proficient use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
