Kelly Wearstler is seeking an exceptionally motivated and highly-strategic Digital Marketing Director to take the lead in skillfully developing and driving successful, long-term and integral digital marketing strategies for our global luxury lifestyle brand. This role is paramount in affecting positive brand awareness in the digital space and creatively optimizing targeted sales, marketing, social and PR campaigns across departments.

As Digital Marketing Director, you will have proven in-depth marketing experience and a strong passion and detailed knowledge of evolving digital technologies. You will work in alignment with internal teams to ensure consistency in brand messaging throughout all digital marketing channels. You will cultivate and implement forward-thinking ideas to build and maintain a strong on-brand web presence as an invaluable leader in the company’s communications team.

The Digital Marketing Director will need to be based in LA or NYC.

 

DUTIES

  • Oversee all digital marketing channels (including website, newsletters, social media) to ensure brand consistency and generate web traffic and brand awareness
  • Measure ROI and KPIs and prepare budgets
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Oversee our social media accounts and Social Media Manager role
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Forecast sales performance trends and act proactively to increase our market segment
  • Stay ahead of latest digital technology developments

 

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Enthusiasm for creative marketing in the digital space and evolving technologies
  • Proven work experience as a Digital Marketing Director for a luxury brand
  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics and CRM software
  • Familiarity with web design and related tools
  • Excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Strong team management and communication (written and verbal) skills
  • BSc degree in Marketing, Digital technologies or relevant field
