We are seeking a creative, marketing-savvy and super strategic Social Media Manager to effectively run our Kelly Wearstler social media accounts and manage the brand’s presence across platforms. This role is responsible for cultivating original text and video content, managing all posts and driving favorable engagement. You will proactively maintain our brand’s global image in a cohesive way to achieve our marketing goals as a vital part of the company’s in-house communications team.

As Social Media Manager, we expect you to be well-versed in up-to-the-moment digital technologies and innovative social media trends. You should have excellent communication skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively and consistently on-brand. Ultimately, you will expertly handle our integrated social media presence ensuring high levels of web traffic and customer engagement.

 

DUTIES

  • Perform research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences
  • Design and implement social media strategy across the brand’s platforms to align with business goals
  • Set specific objectives and report on ROI
  • Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news)
  • Monitor SEO, analytics reporting and web traffic metrics
  • Collaborate with other internal teams, including marketing, PR, sales and customer service to ensure brand consistency
  • Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner, monitor customer reviews and other social listening efforts
  • Oversee design and evolving aesthetic of social media accounts
  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, including thoughtfully aligned campaigns, promotions and competitions
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools and applications

 

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Passion, energy, and enthusiasm for social media
  • Proven work experience for a luxury brand as a Social Media manager
  • Detailed knowledge and expertise around all social platforms
  • Hands-on experience in strategic content management
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video)
  • Solid knowledge of SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics
  • Knowledge of online marketing channels
  • Familiarity with web design and visual content creator tools
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • BSC degree in Marketing or relevant field
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required
