Job Details

We are looking for a global CRM Executive who is passionate about fashion and culture to support the Senior CRM Manager with the delivery of the GANNI CRM, email and loyalty strategy. 

You will sit within our London-based Marketing team and support initiatives to drive customer growth; focusing on acquisition and retention across all customer touchpoints.

 

Main Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the global email marketing calendar

  • Build, proof and deploy campaigns using our ESP (Salesforce Marketing Cloud)

  • Define and build customer segments for campaigns

  • Produce weekly and monthly reporting on customers and campaign performance

  • Support the introduction of new mobile marketing channels and manage them after launch

  • Support the Senior CRM Manager on the wider CRM strategy; ranging from in store retail initiatives and clienteling to digital campaigns that drive loyalty 

  • Support the development of personalised and automated CRM campaigns; including working with the BI Team and other partners on customer data work

  • Work closely with our 3rd party technical partner to deliver CRM projects and development. Manage and prioritise tickets in line with business/CRM objectives

  • Build relationships with multiple teams (Ecommerce, Retail, Editorial, Business Intelligence) to ensure GANNI CRM campaigns are executed effectively. Includes our overseas teams in Copenhagen and New York

  • Be a brand ambassador on and offline

 

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1+ years’ experience in an analytical CRM role or an email marketing role

  • Education: Degree from a top tier university

  • Have a sensibility towards Fashion and Luxury sector

  • Passionate about digital technologies, customer experience and omni-channel retail

  • An analytical mindset; ability to analyse and communicate insights regarding key digital marketing metrics

  • Intermediate/advanced skills in Excel

  • Experience with Google Analytics and/or a BI reporting tool preferable

  • Experience building and scheduling templated email newsletters in an ESP (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferable or similar)

  • Outstanding work planning and time management skills: ability to prioritize

  • Highly organised and driven with meticulous attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills and confidence presenting to and working with senior team members

  • A self-starter with the ability to work independently and across a team
