The customer service specialist ensures that the brand and message are reinforced through the overall client experience and supports any and all activities as they relate to the sales process.

DUTIES

  • Provide an exceptional customer service experience for discriminating retail and wholesale clients
  • Ensure all repair and service orders, customer order requests (including sale process and shipping) are managed and completed in a timely manner
  • Successfully meet company’s service quality standards using the approved Kelly Wearstler process guidelines and procedures
  • Ensure that all customer inquiries, via telephone, email are being responded to in an appropriate and timely manner and completed to high standards of resolution following Kelly Wearstler established processes and procedures
  • Applying consultative one-to-one selling and luxury product knowledge to all customer interactions to develop and build ongoing customer relationships and confidence
  • Maintain designated reports on a weekly basis
  • Providing the highest standard of customer follow-up to support the development of client relationships

 

DESIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in customer service for a luxury brand is required
  • Outstanding customer service skills and problem-solving ability
  • Organized and attentive to detail
  • Ability to work within deadlines
  • Professional phone & email etiquette
  • Familiarity with retail math, good analytical, planning, organizational, and multi-tasking skills
  • Must be capable of learning new systems quickly
  • Knowledge of Net Suite a plus
