Global Brand Stock Merchandiser (m/f/d)

We are looking for a creative team player who enjoys making a difference in a dynamic, international environment and who is able to advance our collections. The highly motivated Brand Merchandising BOSS Womenswear team is looking forward to meeting you!

What you can expect:

• Strategic development of stock business (NOS+Seasonal) for full price and WHS off-price business
• Developing Replenishment concepts
• Identification of stock business opportunities (areas to invest or deinvest) as well as competitor analyses
• Defining stock assortment together with corresponding teams worldwide (especially Brand Merchandising and Global Replenishment)
• Responsible for NOS Margin / KPI reporting
• Taking over a proactive role - frequent exchange and strong connection to Market Stock Specialists
• Planning and performing of stock workshops in coordination with the Global Replenishment Team
• Coordinate and manage in-season demands in coordination with respective interfaces (Brand Merchandising, Creative Management, Operations) to ensure time and quality conform product realization
• Implement and optimize a leftover management that is ensuring both a high level of realization of market requests as well as continuous reduction of the overall leftover amount

Your profile:

• Finished apprenticeship or university degree
• 3-5 years of professional experience in a comparable function
• Strong sense of entrepreneurship including customer-centricity, end-to-end process thinking and focus on profitability
• Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast-paced business
• Strong communication skills and global networking
• Strong business acumen and interpersonal skills
• In-depth product knowledge
• Excellent analytical and conceptual skills
• Competent handling of MS Office (in particular Excel and PowerPoint) and SAP (AFS / RETAIL)
• Fluent in German & English
• Convincing and team oriented personality
