Galvan London is searching for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Retail Sales & Studio Administrator to join the New York team. Ideal candidate will have excellent organization and time management skills, have strong attention to detail, be extremely efficient and able to prioritize tasks. Good written skills are a necessity, as well as adaptability and a positive attitude. Available to work weekends. 

Private Client Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Head of Private Clients to ensure that all client data is efficiently captured and tracked
  • Provide an end-to-end luxury service whilst building client relations with the brand
  • Drive Galvan’s unique service offerings to existing and new clients
  • Manage, deliver and flawlessly execute in-Studio and at-home service offering to all clients – including existing customers in Galvan database
  • Partner with all Galvan teams to effectively deliver world class client service
  • Create and style curated edits per specific clientele
  • Manage sample tracking & shipments
  • Be a positive and professional reflection upon the Galvan brand in all internal and external interaction

Administrative Tasks:

  • Manage inventory levels for New York studio utilizing Zedonk software
  • Oversee all expenses for NY studio and team
  • Shopify and Farfetch order management with intern support 
  • Drop-ship platform order fulfillment 
  • Responsible for stocking and ordering necessary supplies for the studio 
  • Execute all studio and press shipments
  • Recruit  and manage seasonal interns to support studio 
  • Support during studio, wholesale, trunk show and PR events
  • Daily stock room and studio organization

Qualifications: 

  • Strong written and verbal communication 
  • Has experience in a similar role 
  • Accuracy and strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, ability to manage deadlines and KPIs
  • Excellent organization and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to prioritize and eager to ask questions 
  • Ability to see through a brand vision and operate tactically, while retaining a commercial sensibility 
  • A can-do attitude and willingness to go above and beyond what is necessary 
  • Passionate and enthusiastic to enjoy working in a constantly growing and evolving department, close-knit team and ambitious company 
  • Necessary skills in Excel, Google and Dropbox 
  • Experience with Shopify, Zedonk, Mondays, Slack, a plus
