Your Opportunity

The Creative Office Assistant (Maternity Cover) will be part of the Gucci Design Team and will support our designers managing daily administrative and secretarial activities. The new joiner will support the team in coordinating the needs of the collection coordinator, the collection directors and product assistants of each team. They will also plan and carry out all daily activities.

Job Description

How you will contribute (key accountabilities)
  • Managing and coordinating travel, accommodation and itineraries for all employees across the team;
  • Provide financial administrative support to the design team, completing and checking employee's monthly expenses and managing all invoices;
  • End-to-end support for the organisation of the research trips, including travel and accommodation bookings and expense processing;
  • General design studio management support, to ensure a smooth, efficient and effective running of the design studio including IT set-up and overseeing meeting room booking activities;
  • Support in coordinating design resources and the management of ad hoc projects, including and model booking activities;
  • Support in welcoming and on boarding new employees;
  • Support HR in dealing with all technical aspects linked to the setup of new employees' workstation;


Things That Should Be in Your Background
  • A previous experience in a similar secretarial role is a plus;
  • Good organization skills and high attention to details when completing a task;
  • Fluency in English and Italian
