Job Details
Searching for a dynamic professional whose prime function primary function is to manage supply and demand of all products to ensure proper replenishment of the full network (Internal Boutiques, External Boutiques and Watch Specialists, for Latin America & Caribbean), in accordance to the central and regional guidelines. He/she will be a key stakeholder on stock availability and client satisfaction for both sellable and non-sellable goods.
POSITION IS BASED IN MIAMI WITH THE CARTIER LAC TEAM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure proper delivery of stock to all regions for all product lines.
Full Monitoring of regional stock (Distribution Center & Internal Boutiques)
Propose action plan if needed ie: return of discontinued products or slow movers
Management of regional forecasts, based on sell out figures, new trends and markets strategy, in collaboration with the central teams.
Work in collaboration with Product Managers for novelty launch in regards to trends, sales targets, launch plan and sales results.
Follow local commercial/marketing strategy ie: specific product launches, trends, objectives, or any marketing decision which impact model stock and forecasting
Visit the network to better understand the specific/local needs with validation from Supply Chain Director.
Define (and update) the model stocks in the Region, in accordance with the central guidelines and in collaboration with the regional commercial team as well as central operations teams for the full network:
Internal Boutiques
External Boutiques
Watch Specialists
Ensure that the inventory policies are well dimensioned to ensure proper replenishment.
Set the system (Booster) for the Automatic Replenishment for external partners.
Create, update and use Supply Chain related dashboards to monitor regional activity to anticipate shortages/overstocks and alert the concerned/impacted department.
Report to Supply Chain Director on monthly basis on risks and opportunities
PROFILE
Education:
Bachelor's degree preferably in either Supply Chain, Demand Planning or Merchandising
Required experience:
5 years (or more) of prior experience in Supply Chain, Demand Planning or Merchandising.
Experience and knowledge of the luxury industry is a plus.
Technical skills / abilities:
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office specially in excel and PowerPoint. SAP, AS400, Anaplan, Microsoft Office, Analysis & Power Bi knowledge is a must
Fluent in English and Spanish language required. French or Portuguese language skills would be a definite plus.
Personal skills:
Self-motivated, team player, quick learner, positive attitude.
Detail oriented, with high organizational skills.
Highly analytical.
Dynamic with team spirit to coordinate with other departments.
Good understanding of local culture and local teams' needs
Availability to travel at least 10%-15% a year
