MAIN PURPOSE

Assist the Assistant Manager of HJ Development in the coordination of all HJ/VIP treatment related activities linked to HJ action plan for the Americas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibility 1: Assist with the coordination of High Jewelry events and VIP treatments
  • Maintaining guest lists
  • Coordinating individual programs and treatments
  • Preparing invitations, collaterals and itineraries
  • Coordinating and shipping gifts prior and after events

Key responsibility 2: Monitoring High Jewelry Sales
  • Assisting with analysis and recaps of compilation of High Jewelry sales
  • Assisting with monthly High Jewelry newsletter

    Key responsibility 3: Coordinating all collateral for High Jewelry Sales
  • Liaise with Paris to request Certificates of Authenticity for all eligible High Jewelry sales
  • Coordinate with Marketing team for all eligible stone certificates
  • Facilitate coordination of certificates to respective boutique Sales Associates
  • Coordinate special boxes, gifts or projects linked to VIP client sales


Key responsibility 4: Assist with High Jewelry Training Organization& animation of the High Jewelry
  • Assist with coordination of travel and transportation and calligraphy needs


Key responsibility 5: Facilitate gifts for top VIP clients for all major holidays and personal celebrations

Key responsibility 5: Assist in market & industry research assignments

Key responsibility 5: Maintain inventory of office supplies, collateral materials and gift wrapping supplies

Qualifications

Education
  • Specialization in related business area is preferred, college degree is a plus


Required experience
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • Previous experience in luxury products preferred
  • Previous experience in jewelry industry is preferred


Technical Skills/Abilities
  • Excellent computer skills are required
  • Emphasis on details
  • Excellent organizational skills are required
  • Ability to be proactive is required
  • Calligraphy experience is a plus


Personal Skills
  • Fluency in English
  • Ability to multi-task, work independently and with a team is essential
  • Excellent interpersonal skills are required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to speak several languages is welcome
