LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

MAIN PURPOSE

The Learning & Development Manager will be based in the New York corporate office and will be responsible for the successful planning and implementation of the overall Learning and Development strategy and modules in North America for both our Retail and Wholesale network.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Create and manage the learning & Development plan and calendar for the network for the year.
  • Develop, plan and execute the annual training plan from IWC Headquarters': Brand, Products, Selling ceremony training for all the Sales Teams within the region.
  • Develop & Implement tailor made training modules & local programs in collaboration with the Retail Director and Corporate team. Support the Regional sales managers with various training initiatives.
  • Follow up and monitor the efficiency of training and achievements through debrief sessions & Implementation of specific action plans.
  • Enhance quality and maintain integrity of IWC image by through client advisor coaching, mentoring, and training in collaboration with the BTQ managers.
  • Manage the Training Budget (plan and monitor) according to priorities
  • Organize and Manage the annual Grand training for our wholesale accounts.
  • Develop Remote and Online learning Options. Track and Monitor results. Engage the teams. Continuously track and monitor training app engagement and results.


QUALIFICATIONS

Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred in Education or Human Resources.


Technical Skills/Abilities
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in luxury retail management, watchmaking a plus
  • Experience in the design, building and implementation of trainings
  • Works autonomously with good organizational skills, able to manage several projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • 50-60% Travel required. Must have current passport.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office program including advanced Powerpoint skills
