Event Manager - CDI

KEY RESPONSABILITIES

The International Events Department ensures the image of the Maison through around 200 local and international events every year.

Within this department, your main missions are the following:

  • Design and implement the international events for products launches

  • You contribute to the strategic thinking around the events you are in charge of design of the event: concept, planning, budget construction, team resources...

    You organize not only the work for the team but you also supervise and coordinate with the different stakeholders for each step of the project, being the guarantor for the timing and specifications.

    You are able to anticipate and make quick decisions, while making sure that all the legal, administrative, and CSR constraints are being taken into consideration by the team.

  • Support of our markets as an Event expert

  • You support the markets on the conception and the implementation of their local events (choice of the agency, concept, budget...).

    You identify and coordinate the stakeholders for each project, in the HQ and in the local markets, and you manage the choice of the project managers for each project.

    You create, negotiate and conlude contracts with the external partners.

    You ensure the financial reporting for the Direction.

    You report directly to the International Events Director and you manage a team of 2 project managers.

    YOUR PROFILE

    You have around 8 years of experience as event manager or senior project manager, in an international context.

    You have strong interpersonal skills; you know how to adapt to your different stakeholders and are able to exercise leadership and influence and federate your diverse partners. You are proactive, agile and solution oriented.

    You have an excellent level of English (writing, speaking and presentation skills required).

    You have already managed budgets.
