Overview :
  • The candidate will use his/her analytical skills to make recommendations to help boost the business and provide relevant reporting tools to the entire organization (Cartier North America and HQ).
  • The candidate will also be a key element to lead Marketing cross-categories projects and align outputs within the marketing teams.

Responsibilities :
  • Performance Reporting:
  • Build and improve the Marketing Department reporting tools for all product lines
  • Improve the reporting processes (build & deliver reports in the most effective and productive manner).
  • Deliver Marketing reporting tools for all product categories (Daily, Monthly sales, Novelties report etc.).
  • Consolidate the North America Monthly performance report: deliver consolidated dashboards and partner with all departments to provide 360-degree performance insights.
  • Monthly Flash Preliminary product results and Market comments before the end of the month for finance.
  • Business analysis:
  • Ad hoc product, network, CRM, prices, competitor's analysis: create a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions
  • Market action plan business analysis support to product leaders
  • Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings
  • Pricing analyst:
  • Manage and implement pricing strategy in collaboration with HQ and local commercial and merchandising teams.
  • Budget Management:
  • Consolidation and Management of budgets by Product Lines to support product managers. Coordination with the Finance, Retail and Merchandising department.
  • Consolidate budget dashboard and presentations (MAP Tables, 3 year, LE vision)
  • Project Management:
  • To support product lines managers.
  • Create and coordinate the creation of tactic action plans to support the business
  • Cross-categories project management

Qualifications:

Education:
  • Masters in relevant field preferred.

Technical /Abilities:
  • 4-5 years of similar or relevant experience.
  • Excellent computer skills and proficient in Microsoft Office especially in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.

Personal:
  • Candidate should be a motivated team player with great organizational and analytical skills, initiative and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Transversal Coordination needed with strategic thinking & leadership
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
