Summary
Responsibilities
・Define and drive the Talent Acquisition strategy for all hiring activity across
the area of responsibility, for both store & office positions
・Monitor FTE evolution and forecast the hiring needs in collaborating with
People Partners (PP).
・Develop and introduce unique sourcing strategies and hiring plans for
specific requisitions. Reflect them on to recruiting budget and propose.
・Build strong business knowledge and integrate into strategies for
sourcing and attracting talents
・Partner with Hiring Managers and build strong client relationships with them:
・Source candidates proactively, screen and present relevant candidates.
Provide recommendation on their talent assessment and decision.
・Focus on quality of hire:
・Regularly exercise market talent mapping for all positions,
maintain and utilize talent pool database for business needs
・Provide necessary interview training to hiring managers and drive
interview competencies as the company
・Collaborate effectively with HR internal partners. Drive operational
excellence in HR. Improve efficiencies through current operation,
implement and adopt new-standard roles, processes, metrics.
・Understand local legal situation with regard to contracts, visa/work permits, etc.
Competencies
・Solid expertise of talent acquisition; identify and source right candidates,
screen and interview for all level of positions, ideally in Retail industry.
・Experience and demonstrated creative thinking in HR projects. Sense of
commitment to the organization and passion for placing candidates.
・Effective strategic thinking, problem solving, cross-group collaboration,
and high level of Japanese/English language ability.
・Embody icon as brand, confidence as employer, charm as person
