JOB SUMMARY
Support the EU Region to consolidate the Budget and Forecast, through knowledge of the financial and operational performance of the area, business indicators and detailed data analysis (Sales, Financial Data, Overheads). Evaluate the differences compared to the plans and suggest any corrective actions.

EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
Degree in Economics or equivalent;
CIMA or ACCA qualified;
Minimum 5-year experience in accounting for a multinational organization;
Controlling experience ideally within the Fashion or Retail industry.
CORE SKILLS
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Strong analytical skills;
Highly organized;
Detailed-orientated, results-driven and highly motivated.

JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES - CONTROLLLING
Research and collect the information required to prepare the budget and monitor the various operating expenses with respect to budget objectives.
Prepare daily; weekly; monthly reports (Daily sales; competitor reports; customer mix, KPI's; sales by category;) analyze the results of the region for each single cost center, the differences compared to the budget/forecast and analyze the differences;
Sales budgets; sales forecasts and business plans;
Carrying out regular P&L Analysis and report as necessary;
Re-elaborate the closing forecasts and identify the first proposals of corrective measures.
Manage sales planning;
Analyze income statements;
Ensure the exchange of information and communication between the Region and Headquarters;
Share the analyses, through periodic meetings, giving support in the settlement of the issues specific to the area.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and analyses.
RESPONSIBILITIES - FINANCE
Manage timely invoice payments;
Ensure correct approvals are applied to all expenses;
Ensure budget expenses are adhered to;
Prepare analysis of the regions expense ensuring in line with budgets and address and highlight any points of interest and concern and discuss with relevant stakeholders;
