Customers order online in a few clicks, upload their art or mail it in using Framebridge prepaid packaging, and select from a curated selection of stylish frame choices. Customers can also visit our retail stores in-person where they can get design guidance and drop off their artwork. We custom frame and ship our product directly to the customer in a matter of days, ready to hang.

The Position: 

 

Reporting to the CFO/COO, the Manager of the Project Management Office (PMO) will stand up the Project Management Office, responsible for managing the day-to-day activities in the PMO (focus on cross-functional strategic initiatives and critical functional initiatives), defining Framebridge PMO processes, and collaborating with other department leaders to successfully scope and execute projects and programs on time and on budget. 

 

 

 

Primary Responsibilities: 

 

• Collaborating with department leaders to scope and lead projects. 

 

• Planning project management, including setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables. 

 

• Overseeing the implementation of the project and ensuring that team members are carrying out their tasks efficiently while upholding the company's standards. 

 

• Continuously evaluating projects to ensure they are meeting company standards, adhering to budgets, and meeting deadlines. 

 

• Identifying the right stakeholders and communicating with them; defining who is responsible/accountable/consulted and informed as it relates to any strategic initiative. 

 

• Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation. 

 

• Providing performance dashboard and financial reports and budget outlines to Executives. 

 

• Developing standards and processes to ensure consistent execution of projects. 

 

• Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification. 

 

• Conducting project post-mortems and sharing with departments and Executive team to support continuous learning.

 

Qualifications

 

 

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: 

 

• Business acumen – Strategic and operational agility with ability to think both at high level and dive into the details. 

 

• Problem solver - Action-oriented style with mindset to expeditiously solve business issues and ability to multi-task activities. 

 

• Process Management – Demonstrates knowledge of PMP practices and disciplines (or similar). 

 

• Analytical Skills – Demonstrates strong analytical skills including the ability to plan complex cross function-related projects. 

 

• Communications Skills – Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills; ability to simplify and synthesize complex topics. 

 

 

 

Experience: 

 

• 5+ years in consulting is preferred or equivalent internal role at a company 

 

• A Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification is advantageous 

 

• Experience in Retail/Ecommerce and/or Consumer Goods is preferred 

 

• Ideal candidate has had some operational experience
