JOB SUMMARY
The PLM Consultant supports the PLM team by building User Acceptance Training documents, demonstrating system functionality during User Acceptance Training, capturing system issues and driving for resolution. They will be responsible for conducting user training and be the go to person to manage user issues.
This position collaborates with cross-functional product management team so must be solution and results oriented.
The position would be responsible for working with both the Hong Kong team and the Dongguan team.

JOB DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Write UAT training documents, conduct UAT training sessions and overall system training within the assigned time frame
- Identify, document, communicate and follow through on resolution of system and functionality issues
- Demonstrate system functionality as needed
EDUCATION & PRIOR EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Experience working in a fashion retailer environment, preferably with experience in apparel, handbags and footwear
- 3+ years of doing PLM implementation training
- 3+ years of UAT implementation - this including but not limited to writing UAT scripts, conducting UAT
- Experience in CENTRIC and PTC FlexPLM is preferable
- Good Communication and problem solving skills with positive attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
