In July 2018, the company was acquired by Compagnie Financière Richemont, which owns several of the world's leading companies in the field of luxury goods, with strengths in jewellery, watches and writing instruments. Since early 2019, Watchfinder has embarked on an exciting expansion strategy. We want passionate risk-takers. We want people that like to challenge our thinking. This is a brand-new role within the organisation, and we're seeking a subject matter expert to provide guidance, support and bring their expertise to a new facilities arm of our business.

You shall embark on some exciting, challenging projects from day one. With lots more planned for the future!

How will you make an impact?

  • We need your help with managing our organisation's offices and boutique locations across the UK to ensure that they are kept to a high standard for our teams and our customers.
  • You'll have the opportunity to work with all our senior team members across the business to understand processes, pain points to then evaluate and build the overall facilities strategy for Watchfinder.
  • We're hoping that you'll be able to develop a process for our teams to report facilities requirements, site visit reports and a reporting process to provide visibility to the wider management team at Watchfinder.
  • You will help us to ensure that we are remaining efficient on energy and waste by logging and compiling data on each location for group reporting.
  • We need your expertise to review, build and maintain a register of approved building and maintenance contractors, ensuring that these are compliant to work at all locations and ensure they provide the necessary documentation to substantiate this (RAMS).
  • You will manage all internal and external relationships to ensure that the range of facilities services provided, and their method of delivery continues to exceed luxury brand standard whilst being cost-effective.


How will you experience success with us?

  • You will have advanced knowledge of Facilities Management across any industry
  • You'll have a Hands-On and dynamic personality, with a positive, can-do attitude
  • You will have advanced knowledge of H&S Practices; you may even hold a qualification in this field (IOSH or NEBOSH)
  • You will be extremely organised, able to prioritise while ensuring the hight attention to detail
  • You will have strong budgetary and financial planning skills
  • You will be a self-starter, you will embrace, drive, and enjoy change.
