Media Project Manager Intern (F/H)

Full-time internship

Start of the internship : January 2021

Duration : 6 months

Location of the internship: Paris 8 th arrondissement

Remuneration : up to €1400 gross per month (depending on the level of studies)

DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES

Within the International Media team, you will participate in the implementation and monitoring of media campaigns on an international scale (PAN Plan). With the support of your manager, you will coordinate this activity with the various partners: media (Mediacom) and creative (TAG) agencies, media owners, subsidiaries, marketing and communication department, e-services department. You will perform the following tasks:

  • ONLINE: DIGITAL CAMPAIGNS MANAGEMENT
  • participation in the preparation of media briefs
  • preparation of assets brief to TAG and management of the follow-up of the assets delivery to media partners
  • preparation of all the needed elements for posting online campaigns (tracking file, campaign name, etc.)
  • validation of preview links
  • tracking and optimisation of campaigns with the agency
  • preparation and monitoring of campaign reports in collaboration with the media agency
  • OFFLINE: PRINT & OOH CAMPAIGNS MANAGEMENT
  • Preparation of assets briefs and follow-up on the delivery of the assets to the publishers
  • validation of press plans with your manager on a quarterly basis
  • management of print archives
  • MEDIA BUYING TOOL MANAGEMENT
  • Updating visual references in the media buying tool (Bumblebee)
  • Following up on updates made by the agency of the media plans using the software
  • Providing different sorts of reports asked by the management

  • Organisation of team meetings
  • Management of appointments with PAN Plan partners and reports to update the management


REQUIREMENTS

You are meticulous, have good analytical, deductive, project management and communication skills.

You are also dynamic and responsive, have a team spirit, and want to discover the world of Jewellery & Watches.

Written and spoken fluency in the English language is required.
