VP Product Engineering

We’re looking for a Vice President, Product Engineering to join our company. In this role, you will lead a team, provide strategic insight, and collaborate cross functionally to support the continuous development of our B2B ecommerce platform. What you'll do:

• Lead a team that is building a B2B Web & Mobile commerce experiences for Retailers & Brands
• Hire and retain top talent in the industry; 
• Inspire the organization by exceeding expectations of customers and business partners
• Oversee the consistency of user experiences
• Work together with our Product, Design, and Client services teams to refine and improve the way we build products for our customers
• Define the road to Continuous Delivery for all applications with streamlined pipelines, deployments and alerting/monitoring strategy

What we're looking for

• History of success with 7+ years of leadership experience in B2B, B2C ecommerce or SaaS offerings
• Expertise with building both web and native apps. You have in-depth experience with CSS, HTML, JavaScript and frameworks such as React, Angular.
• A passion for building amazing products for engaged customers.
• Strategic vision for decision making, and understanding of balancing tradeoffs.
• Understand the pain points of our customers
• Experience in building out multi location global teams by diverse hiring and retaining top talent
• Proven track record of coaching/mentoring individual contributors into more senior roles
• Passion for encouraging high collaboration and alignment between Client engagement, Product and Platform engineering teams
• Degrees in areas such as Computer Science, Engineering
• Experience in integrations with GCP back end technologies, Infosec, marketing stack, Google Material design, is a plus
