MAIN PURPOSE
The UAE & India High-End manager (HE: High Jewellery, Fine Jewellery watches & Fine watchmaking) defines the High-End strategy in collaboration with the High-End EMEA region and coordinates its implementation in the local commercial network.
The High-End Manager is responsible for the local High-End development and achievements of its targets, whilst raising High-End awareness and developing relevant sales force, maximizing in-boutique & events sales as well as working closely with all local departments such as but not exclusive to Client, Marketing and Learning & Development.
He participates and contributes to the local commercial development and High-End EMEA community.

MAIN PURPOSE
The UAE & India High-End manager (HE: High Jewellery, Fine Jewellery watches & Fine watchmaking) defines the High-End strategy in collaboration with the High-End EMEA region and coordinates its implementation in the local commercial network.
The High-End Manager is responsible for the local High-End development and achievements of its targets, whilst raising High-End awareness and developing relevant sales force, maximizing in-boutique & events sales as well as working closely with all local departments such as but not exclusive to Client, Marketing and Learning & Development.
He participates and contributes to the local commercial development and High-End EMEA community.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
High-End Business development and strategy
- Is responsible for the development of the High-End business in both markets
- Is the key contact and referent on HE business for Retail population and Exco members
- Define High-End strategy, commercial objectives, yearly calendar & budget in coordination with EMEA region and local commercial leadership
- Ensures strategy set up & follow up in local markets
- Define High-End action plans for the markets and for all network (boutiques, point of sales)
- Define commercial conditions for local partners alongside commercial leadership & international teams
- Create solid bonds with the High-End EMEA business unit as well as other High-End Managers to share best practices & introduce relevant projects to support our local development.
- Participate to short, medium and long term sales planning and forecasting
- Actively follow-up on regular & exceptional business activity with all local stakeholders (sales teams, management, logistic etc)
- Ensure High-End operations excellence and ideal assortments in collaboration with EMEA & international business units
- Work hand in hand with the HE merchandising manager and master the local business trends (pour GCC)
- Monitor the competition and the market environment
Develop High-End client portfolio
- Support client's department on client's acquisition, upgrade & satisfaction strategy
- Collaborate with client's department on High-End intermediaries' development
Develop and Support High-End communities
- Identify local talents with Boutique managers and retail department
- Provide the right and targeted tools to nurture the Sales associates
- Support High-End Sales Experts on the preparation of their submissions and deals (collaborating in closing the deals if required).
- Build, animate and develop local High-End community and organize regular meetings in collaboration with Learning and Development, Marketing and other relevant departments
- Support all local teams with High-End product knowledge on collections, creations in stock and novelties
- Supervise submissions and discounts requests with commercial management & central team
- Support special order activity by ensuring quality and fast process of all requests
- Set and review collective & individual targets with commercial leadership & boutique Managers
Lead or contribute to local, regional and international High-End events
- Define with commercial leadership & client departments the participants, both clients and staff, to local, regional & international events
- Is responsible for the local budget, target proposal, client selection & client treatment organization
- Define with EMEA region the calendar of local events & animations, validate the budget & concepts.
- Coordinate with EMEA High-End unit the organization & commercial follow up
- Is responsible to plan private viewings preparation to ensure client satisfaction and commercial success
PROFILE
Required experience:
- Bachelor's degree; relevant Master's Degree or MBA preferred
- Minimum of 7 years of related experience in Retail
- Previous experience in luxury preferred
- Strong background in developing and managing customer acquisition, engagement and retention strategies
- Proven ability to manage projects, meet deadlines and delivering multiple objectives at the same time

- Impeccable written and oral communication skills
- Highly organized, proactive, resourceful and motivated - with a positive and resilient attitude
- Proficiency in English. Arabic and/or French is a plus.
