Teamleader Brand Voice (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Teamleader Brand Voice (m/f/d), who will be responsible for the BOSS and HUGO brand voice.

What you can expect:

• Identifying, developing and maintaining a consistent tone of voice for each brand and ensuring consistency in all languages worldwide
• Daily operational team management (team of 7 plus freelancers and interns), including setting and tracking targets, providing feedback and guidance, trainings and recruitment of new staff as needed
• Lead the overall workload of the team to ensure successful prioritization and completion of projects on time
• Managing freelance editors and writers for product and marketing copy
• Managing agency partners including negotiating contracts
• Annual budget planning and day-to-day budget management
• Ensuring delivery of compelling content suitable for a variety of platforms that is on brand and meets objectives

Your profile:

• Extensive writing and editing experience in both English and German
• Excellent management and team development skills
• Expert written and verbal communicator with the ability to articulate abstract creative concepts
• Proactive and supportive approach and experience with a multi-disciplinary team
• Excellent project management skills and ability to multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborating with various teams as appropriate
