Senior Graphic Designer HUGO Menswear (m/f/d)

Would you like to become a member of our HUGO design team? We are looking for a creative, proactive team player who knows how to think outside of the box. If this sounds like you, we would like to hear from you. As a full-time graphic, textile and print designer, you will be a key member of the HUGO international team, joining us to produce exceptional graphics. You will work for men´s and women´s apparel with a focus on men's apparel and will have the opportunity to work in close partnership with all our designers.

What you can expect:

• Create artworks based on a seasonal briefing that maintains the HUGO aesthetic (includes placed prints, allover prints, repeats, embroideries, trimmings...)
• Prepare the artworks technically for production (selection of print technics, sizes definition, colorways proposals,...)
• Contribute to seasonal print concept and special projects through in-depth research and trend analysis
• Create, maintain and update all artworks, specifications and boards supporting the process and meeting all deadlines accordingly
• Assure timely and accurate execution of production ready artworks
• Prepare and distribute prints and art development packages
• Collaborate and drive meetings with internal and external teams to resolve design issues

Your profile:

• Bachelor's or Master´s Degree in Graphic Design or Fine Arts
• Several years' relevant experience
• Painting, drawing skills and collages
• Strong creative skills and ability to work collaboratively with others
• Ability to manage both creative and administrative tasks
• Self-motivated with ability to work under tight deadlines
• Excellent organizational & follow-up skills through verbal & written communication
• Highly proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop
• Ideally experience in 3D programs e.g. CLO 3D
• Excellent English skills
