MAIN MISSION

The job holder as a highly qualified watchmaker will have 2 main missions:

  • As a senior watchmaker he will handle efficiently simple and complex repairs according to the brand guidelines and will be the technical leader for the team.


  • As a trainer he will be, according to the needs, in charge of the training and development of the watchmaker within the MEIA.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Key responsibility 1: Technical Leader

Repair watches and deliver a high quality of services.

Ensure the technical problems solving.

Support the Watchmakers to improve their efficiency.

Guide and advice in the watchmaking operations.

Participate to the implementation of the technical projects

Key responsibility 2: Training Leader

Integrate newcomers (Trainees and experienced Watchmakers) on the Platform and Boutiques, in accordance with RCS and Central Brands requirements.

Participate to the process of identification and assessment of new partners (repair centers in the region) based on the respect of the group compliance, rules and policies.

Identify the training needs and organize the bench tests, lead the training and development of different technicians from the internal and external network.

Ensure the follow-up of the technicians to make sure that they meet and maintain the brand requirements.

Participate to careers development plan.

TECHNICAL AND ORGANISATIONAL SKILLS

Experienced Watchmaker with at least 10 years of experience in high-end watch brand company or service centres.

Strong experience in servicing complications (small complications, HH complications, QP, Tourbillons,...)

Experienced in training.

Good knowledge of the equipment and tools required in a watchmaking workshop.

Able to prepare effective training presentation materials and to use MS Office.
