Role Overview:
Reporting to the VP of eCommerce, the Social Media Manager oversees the strategy, content creation, and community management of the brands’ social media channels.
Responsibilities:
Social Media
- Lead the social media strategy (in partnership with VP of Ecommerce and Creative Director) and planning of the social media calendar
- Responsible for managing the brand's social media presence across the various platforms including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, etc.
- Compiles both new and existing content to uniquely convey the FRAME story and engage with the digital community
- Oversees content strategy and creation with respect to product and overall branding
- Leverages the PR, Marketing, Creative and Merchandising teams in the creation of social content
- Analyze data and compile weekly/monthly reports including engagement, community growth, ecommerce statistic, customer acquisition, etc.
- Have a keen understanding of industry trends, new platforms and best practices
- Own post functions (product tagging and post scheduling/pushing) of social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Tiktok and other relevant platforms
- Write/ proof-read social media copywriting
- Work with ecom and PR team to assist in the organization of the monthly marketing calendar
- Monitor all social media activity, answer customer questions with help from the customer service team, and organize collaboration requests
Skills & Qualifications:
- 4-8 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on social media
- Passion for social media, content creation, and storytelling
- Experience leading the creation and implement social media content
- Proven demonstration of exceptional creative/innovative thinking
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and budgets
- Must be able to work both as a team member and independently. Must be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Strong project management/time management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong written and presentation skills
