Role Overview:

Reporting to the VP of eCommerce, the Influencer Program Manager oversees the strategy and execution of the brands’ influencer and ambassador programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop influencer strategy including target partners, volume, budget tiers, and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain digital influencer campaigns including but not limited to bloggers, Instagram influencers, tastemakers, etc., leveraged across digital channels
  • Manage blogger relationships including outreach and negotiation
  • Negotiate usage for 360 marketing initiatives
  • Work with creative and marketing team members to build creative briefs tailored to campaigns and individual partnerships
  • Proactively monitor and track online and social media posts from influencers and bloggers
  • Analyze data and compile weekly/monthly reports including engagement, community growth, eCommerce sales and lift, customer acquisition, etc.
  • Stays on the cutting edge of industry trends, new platforms, and best practices

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years of digital marketing experience with a focus on social media
  • Knowledge of social media platforms, production content and/or influencers
  • Strong negotiation skills and relationship building
  • Experience leading the creation and implement social media content  
  • Proven demonstration of scaling influencer programs and partnerships
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and budgets
  • Must be able to work both as a team member and independently. Must be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Strong project management/time management skills
