Warranty & Customer Service Advisor
Location: Ascot House, Maidstone / WFH
Reporting to: Customer Services Manager
Working hours: Monday - Friday 9am-5:30pm & 2x Saturday per month 10am - 4pm

As the Warranty & Customer Service Advisor you will be at the forefront of the business, playing an integral part in the overall customer satisfaction and experience at Watchfinder. Working as part of a busy team you will deal with customer queries both over the phone and via email, you will also be responsible for liaising with customers regarding warranty claims ensuring that an outstanding service is provided at all times.
Day to Day...
- You will deal with customer queries both over the phone and via email
- Liaise with customers regarding warranty claims, keeping the customer up to date throughout the whole process
- Booking warranty appointments
- Liaise with relevant departments making sure that warranty claims are being handled in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicate any issues that may arise to the customer, ensuring that there is a positive resolution
- Putting together and providing quotations
- Dealing with customer complaints in a professional manner
- General administration, keeping customer records accurate and up to date
About you...
- An interest or passion for watches would be ideal however not essential
- Strong customer service background
- Experience in dealing with complaints
- Competent using Microsoft packages, Outlook, Word and Excel
- Excellent communication skills
- A positive and friendly team player that enjoys working as part of a team
- Ambitious and driven
