As an Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for driving and growing our B2B relationships as well as contributing to our sales funnel.
- Handling sales orders for wholesale and channel partners
- Managing delivery arrangements with channel partners, especially ship-by dates
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Prepare reports on account status
- Collaborate with brand team to identify and grow opportunities
- Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
- Degree holder
- 3+ relevant work experience
- Self-starter, independent and hands-on
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Passionate about beauty and skincare
- Detail-oriented with excellent time management skills
- Problem solver with a natural curiosity
