Job Title: Public Relations Coordinator EMEA

Primary Purpose:
The Public Relations Coordinator will work closely with PR and Celebrity Managers to execute PR, editorial and celebrity/influencer strategy for Tapestry brands across EMEA.

The PR Coordinator will work with the Editorial & PR Manager to deliver the following key tasks:
- Execute day to day coordination of celebrity, PR-editorial strategy for Tapestry brands
- Build awareness, elevate positioning, context and advocacy for all Tapestry Brands
- Achieve consistent, quality brand messaging and media coverage across EMEA
- Maintain and cultivate exceptional press and industry contacts and relationships on behalf of Tapestry brands
- Coordinate all daily sample requests across EMEA markets
- Coordinate successful product/news/digital campaign launches
- Support on all Tapestry brand media presentations/launch events
- Working alongside PR Manager to target and deliver world class media coverage for all key Tapestry brand messages/launches
- Working with PR Manager to execute Tapestry brands' corporate communication
- Distribute all Tapestry brand press releases
- Continuously maintain and monitor knowledge of media across EMEA
- Support monitoring, inputting, compiling all PR and editorial result documents, analytics and business reporting/presentations
- Organise and execute all PR analytic monitor servicing contracts and deliverables
- Manage, develop and mentor all work placements across all PR /editorial activities
- Compile detailed coverage reports, year on year comparisons and ROI analytics
- Manage and regularly update the in-house contact database

The accomplished individual will possess...
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent qualification/experience, minimum of 2 years' experience in a PR role with knowledge of fashion & accessories, digital and social media
- Good network of junior level media relationships
- Proven track record in delivering results and problem solving
- Highly engaged in the industry, culture and society with instinctive insight across industry and cultural trends
- Data driven, creative, resilient and agile
- A self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit
- Excellent organizational skills and detail-orientated
- Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have a strong sense of urgency
- Highly computer literate in Word, PowerPoint presentations and Excel
- Team player with a positive 'can do' attitude
