Job Details

The Digital Operations Senior Analyst is responsible for ensuring that the site visitors have a low friction, high performance, error free experience. S/he is a key partner to provide support by gathering information and working with cross-functional teams to monitor, triage and resolve site performance issues. S/he will partner with the business and IT teams in scheduling, sizing and prioritization for the website. S/he will be at the center of a fast-paced and flexible delivery environment and be relied on to make quick, accurate decisions, while maintaining process, best practices and adhering to industry standards

Key Responsibilities will include the following:

- Studies data and analytics to find possible friction for all brands
- Reviewing session replays to uncover Critical/High issues with customer journey
- Analyzing conversion dips to uncover intermittent or large scale technical issues
- Creating real-time reports to help identify error rates across the site, page load times, browser & device level conversion rates, etc.
- Develops strategic approaches from analyzing data and trends
- Partners with business stakeholders to provide insight into data and trainings
- Oversees content creation of all Tapestry brand websites
- Monitors creative asset guidelines for web content updates
- Proactively partners with cross functional teams of all brands when errors are found
- Documents and communicates site issues and addresses concerns of impact for both customer friction and financial impact
- Partners with the customer voice team on weekly trends from data analysis
- Respond to business critical site defects on/off hours on rotation schedule

An outstanding professional will have...

- 5+ years of demonstrable experience in Agile, Lean or Scrum or similar delivery environment
- BA / BS in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field
- Retail / e-commerce experience preferred
- Strong leadership and communication skills
