PSYKHE, a fast-growing start-up that combines AI and psychology to transform personalization in fashion e-commerce, are looking to hire a part-time Social Media Editor to join our ambitious, rapidly growing team. Our psychology-based shopping platform recommends fashion from leading retailers, personalized by personality. We are revolutionizing the luxury e-commerce sector, with a mission to change how the world thinks about clothes.

As Social Media Editor, you will be supporting the founder and CMO in implementing the social media strategy with a specific focus on driving innovative social-first content creation, and engaging community management. The role will require an expert in social, digital and video content trends within luxury fashion retail. 

With the number one goal being to augment our social media presence, you will need to engage a discerning, fashion-forward community and significantly increase followers, with a particular focus on Instagram and TikTok.  

You must be a proven and talented fashion editor with solid experience working within social media platforms. To apply:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage PSYKHE’s Instagram, execute posting, and build our community
  • Build our social strategy out into a tangible daily plan to be signed off by the founder on a weekly basis.
  • Writing engaging copy appropriate to different audiences and social media platforms that reflects our USP
  • Exercise collaborations with influencers, brands and partners; growing relationships within the fashion community
  • Flesh out PSYKHE’s opportunity on TikTok. Propose launch onto the platform and execution plan.
  • Work on setting up, executing and reporting on creative testing
  • Organize imagery and produce visual assets for use across our social media channels and in paid media campaigns
  • Collaborate on the social media calendar along with the wider PSYKHE team
  • Manage the social community - respond to comments, DMs and be actively engaged
     

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3+ years of experience writing social media copy in a luxury fashion environment
  • Impeccable spelling and grammar
  • An articulate, sophisticated and engaging writing style
  • An obvious passion for social media, demonstrable on own channels
  • A sound understanding of the latest platform trends, specifically within Instagram and TikTok
  • Good image-selection skills and basic Photoshop knowledge
  • Attention to detail with good editorial judgement, accuracy and sensitivity
  • Understanding of and ambition for the PSYKHE brand is essential
  • Someone who can think outside the box in their delivery of content
  • Knowledge of the latest social media editing / content-creating applications and software
