Montblanc - Digital Marketing Manager

(Permanent Full-Time)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

Based in London, the Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for the E-Commerce customer acquisition, retention and management for the UK, Europe and ROW, from devising the overall strategy with the internal teams, to monitoring daily activity.

  • Define and execute the acquisition & retention strategy for E-Commerce, along with key KPIs for all sales channels
  • Work closely with the CRM teams (HQ and locals) for acquisition, prospects, retention and re-activation.
  • Manage E-Commerce VIPs via 1-2-1 relationships and events
  • Develop and deliver acquisition campaigns via digital marketing channels such as affiliates, external SEO, paid social and display.
  • Work with the Media and PR teams to deliver overall awareness and perform PPC strategy
  • Responsible for driving leads through partnerships and developing relevant content to drive acquisition through appropriate channels
  • Development and on-going management of the Acquisition website and ownership of the customer journey
  • Understand the audience, current and future and deliver insights to drive the business
  • Use of and reporting on all digital activity and insights gained from analysis, as well as key audience profiling to target potential members
  • Weekly reporting on all acquisition activities including digital tracking to determine ROI and measurement of effectiveness, liaising with the BI team
  • Reporting of all acquisition activity on a daily and weekly basis to all relevant stakeholders including Sales, Marketing and Operations, including cost of sale and return on investment
  • Champion digital transformation via digital elements in brand activations & events


HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

To be successful in your application, you will be a versatile professional with a clear understanding & experience of Digital Marketing channels for a 360 & omni-channel strategy and in an E-Commerce environment.

You should possess advanced experience with analytics & attribution modelling in using Google Analytics (or similar) and Microsoft Excel. You will need to be pro-active in generating new ideas and challenge the status quo, in a view to manage your own P&L.

The role will suit someone used to working within small Ecommerce teams, who will roll their sleeves up and deliver results. The role requires someone customer centric, understanding how to acquire and retain customers to increase Montblanc sales in E-Commerce.
