Job Details

This is an extremely attractive role for an experienced candidate who is passionate about e-commerce and fashion and with an interest to join a fast-growing business and a dynamic and international team.
The E-Commerce and Digital Manager will be responsible for the running and development of Sister Jane and Ghospell e-commerce platforms, working with marketing and retail teams to develop initiatives to support sales growth, researching and planning new development features and technology solutions as well as project managing tasks performed by external developers.

The role will entail:

E-commerce

  • Management of the company's two e-commerce platforms (sisterjane.com + ghospell.com)
  • Responsible for managing regular content updates and marketing initiatives
  • Coordinate promotional and product launch activities with the Creative team
  • Analyse traffic and performance to gather insights on how improve conversion rates
  • Research and plan growth initiatives
  • Manage initiatives aimed at improving customer experience
  • Regularly review customer purchase cycle and identify potential enhancements and improvements
  • Identify specific development tasks and project manage external resources’ when needed to execute changes
  • Testing and quality control of development changes
  • Review and test apps, extensions and tech solutions
  • Identify potential extensions, apps and integration to enhance the front and back end functionality of the store
  • Work with relevant teams to understand, spec and deliver solutions to help the automation of time intensive processes
  • Weekly reporting on sales performance and sell-throughs  

Digital Marketing

  • Work closely with the creative team to create and plan newsletters and relevant marketing campaigns
  • Plan digital advertising campaigns on Facebook and Google Ads
  • Manage the brand's affiliate programme and monitor its performance and ROI
  • Work closely with the PR team to plan social media initiatives
  • Track audiences and campaign performances and reporting to management

Profile

  • 3-5 years experience in a relevant position with strong and demonstrable knowledge of e-ommerce and digital marketing 
  • Proficient in using Shopify, Google Analytics, Google Adwords and Facebook Ad Manager, MailChimp
  • Very strong communication skills with excellent use of written English
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills; ability to summarise data and information clearly and efficiently
  • Strong experience using excel for data analysis and reporting
  • Well-organised and efficient with good time-management and prioritisation
  • A self-starter and motivated person, who can demonstrate initiative and is able to work independently when needed
  • A team player who likes to work in a very dynamic and international environment
  • Fluency in additional languages is an advantage
