(Junior) CRM Campaign Manager (m/f/d)

We are looking for a highly motivated person to strengthen our Customer Relationship Management Department. You are driven by Data, Marketing Automation and optimize Consumer engagement. In this role you are responsible for increasing customer value by managing CRM Campaigns within our global CRM Markets.

What you can expect:

  • Support on the implementation and rollout of the data-driven newsletter, trigger-based campaigns and product recommendation functionality to our (new) E-Commerce countries
  • Manage and deploy these campaigns within our campaign management tool: Campaign Set-Up, Segmentation, Timing, Content Creation, Testing, Delivery
  • Coordination of the creation and development of email communication with internal stakeholders from merchandise, graphic design, copy writing departments
  • Support on a proper campaign controlling: Calculation, Reporting, Interpretation of all relevant campaign KPIs in cooperation with team Analytics & Reporting
  • Support on the rollout of periodic global CRM Campaigns along the customer lifecycle to our (new) E-Commerce countries


Your profile:

  • Ideally 1-2 years of CRM experience and working with interdisciplinary teams that are working globally in different locations
  • High affinity towards digital processes, functionalities, tools, an understanding of systemical landscapes and the interest to specifically grow in this CRM area
  • First experience with campaign management and data analysis
  • Highly customer- und service orientated, ideally with experience in retail and/or E-commerce (Fashion/Lifestyle/Luxury industry)
  • Excellent communication skills in order to explain complex matters adequately to the target audience
  • Solution orientated thinking and proactive working style
  • Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English
