What are we expecting from you?

As the key administrative expert within the Van Cleef & Arpels SEA & AU team, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to the Managing Director (MD) and Executive Committee (Exco) team to ensure smooth daily operations within the organization.

Besides organizational tasks such as managing of the MD's travels, expenses and coordination of team meetings/Townhalls, you will have the opportunity to be exposed to the Maison's business and support in the preparation and consolidation of strategic presentations such as annual strategy plans and Exco meeting presentations.

You will also take the lead in proposing and leading local CSR initiatives in line with the Maison's CSR vision.
