Job Details

Reports to: E-Commerce Manager

Main responsibilities:

  • Day to day management of the website (seasonal uploads, cataloguing, descriptions and product information upload, merchandising, website maintenance, SEO (image optimisation, key search terms and metadata) and customer management
  • Content management (Homepage, special pages) to align Customer journey with communications/marketing calendar
  • Manage third party tools including CMS and logistics for e-commerce sales (i.e. Delivery and warehouse communication)
  • Work with the E-commerce Manager to constantly monitor and strive to improve website performance; speed and user journey, categories, product campaigns and seasonal sales
  • Liaise with the E-commerce Manager to check daily, weekly, monthly sales analysis
  • Coordinate all shoots for flat shots and model imagery. Liaise with photographer, model (including casting), stylist and retouchers on all feedback ensuring this is delivered on time for all department’s requirements
  • Plan and populate newsletters with Farfetch FPS team, based on marketing plan
  • Coordinate translations with third parties
  • Liaise with Farfetch customer service team to constantly improve tone, responses, along tackling
    Oversee the customer services dealing with customer queries, fraud checks, stock availability etc.
  • Support one-off special projects
  • Manage Stock lifecycle, inventory management and stock movement
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with internal stakeholders and external agencies/suppliers.
  • Competitor analysis and research to suggest further improvements

Skills and Experience needed:

  • Experience in a similar role, within an e-commerce background, preferably in fashion but not necessarily
  • Experience in updating web and mobile content using Content Management Systems
  • Knowledge of Google Analytics
  • Organisational and time management skills in order to manage multiple updates, projects and challenges to meet deadlines
  • Must have a desire to join a small team and make an impact as the company works to aggressive growth
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid Office package, Excel, PowerPoint skills
  • Advanced photoshop and InDesign retouching skills
  • Customer service experience
  • Experience in using Jira or similar software
  • Experience working with Farfetch FPS (Storm) a huge advantage
  • Curious personality with a drive to become an expert in e-commerce
