What You’ll Do:
- Participate in discovery sessions pre and post contract with new clients to help scope new features within the platform
- Target new business opportunities within assigned retail organizations globally. Perform research on target accounts and build and execute prospecting campaigns
- Identify opportunities and navigate prospect organizations to earn time with key decision-makers and executive sponsors using influence and connections, a consultative approach, and a keen understanding of JOOR’s innovative solution
- Dive deep in understanding the business of your target accounts and the potential for alignment with JOOR. Go high-and-wide within organizations to understand the full scope of opportunity
- Lead the entire sales cycle from initial opportunity creation to finalizing opportunity outcome: This includes prospecting campaigns, driving the discovery process at meetings with both prospects and clients, forecasting, selling with JOOR’s value proposition, and ultimately closing the deal.
- Engage with the sales ecosystem and external channels in support of sales opportunities.
- Participate in internal team meetings to collaborate with supporting ecosystems on opportunities, resolve customer issues, share best practices, and work with cross functional teams.
- Marshal multiple prospect stakeholders through an in-depth discovery, evaluation, proposal, and closing process
- Engage Pre-Sales, Customer Success and other internal resources to develop and align on a specific, compelling value generation / ROI targets for selling and delivering JOOR’s platform
- Work with marketing to develop a communication plan for our enterprise clients to help brands convert onto the platform
- Manage incoming Retailer Applications and determine if they are a fit to join our platform
- Maintain and build trusted relationships with small and enterprise level accounts and their users to ensure a positive user experience and drive adoption on our platform
- Manage the success of accounts by driving incremental value and return on customer’s investment; create insights based on this in order to support the contract renewal process
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 3-5 years of managing accounts or owning a book of business, enterprise experience preferred
- 3-4 years of relevant work experience in SaaS, B2B, Account Management, or Retail preferred
- Connections in the fashion industry a strong plus
- Buying experience and/or exposure to retail systems a plus
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal required
- Other languages preferred
- Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams a plus
