We are looking for a Data Entry and Sales Administrator to join our East London Head Office team. This role is offered on a local full time, permanent contract and will assist E-commerce and Wholesale with data entry with day to day maintenance and operations both internal and external.

The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills and be detail oriented with a high sense of time and workload management.

 

What you will do

  • Setting up all new products on the website, ensuring accurate optimised features, categories and pricing.
  • Data entry administration & curation
  • Maintains database by entering new and updated product and wholesale account information
  • Prepares sourced data for computer entry by compiling and sorting information
  • Establishes entry priorities
  • Update existing data
  • Create spreadsheets with large numbers of figures without mistakes
  • Maintains data entry requirements by following data program techniques and procedures
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
  • Order Entry & Allocations
  • Main point of contact for order revisions, stock orders and assist with in-season orders as needed in the wholesale area
  • Organize and enter orders in ERP system
  • Allocate orders, generate pick tickets and submit to warehouse for processing
  • Send order confirmations to customers and sales team
  • Follow up with sales team regarding discrepancies, missing information, dropped styles
  • Customer Service first contact for small easy to resolve claims from customers
  • Generate and track return authorizations and credit memos
  • Provide customer support to wholesale accounts, respond to requests for order status, shipping status, tracking information, etc
  • Troubleshoot issues with wholesale orders and customer connections in Joor or customer portals like Tradestone
  • Work with Sales reps to get orders approved in Joor and exported ERP software
  • Assist Logistics Manager and Finance / Operations Manager with other projects as needed

  • A good understanding of the Shopify platform
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Highly organised with the ability to organise workload
  • A can-do attitude
  • Experience in previous Data Entry/Office Admin role required
  • Excellent IT Skills Including Microsoft Excel
  • Flexible approach to working
  • Must be detail and task oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, and prioritize responsibilities around deadlines
  • Contribute to positive and productive team culture
  • Prior experience with ERP software
