As the Head of Campaign Management you will guide our campaign teams and main stakeholders using data and insight to fuel world-class, effective and successful consumer campaigns across all our markets and, ultimately, help make Zalando a loved brand.

This role might evolve to cover content management as well.

WHERE YOUR EXPERTISE IS NEEDED
  • As the marketing campaigns owner you define, develop and deliver customer-centric and creatively excellent campaigns that generate significant commercial impact, both global and local - while ensuring appropriate input from consumer insight, market needs, category management, DX and convenience.
  • You continually inspire your team to develop more ambitious and effective campaigns building on previous learnings as well as customer data and needs of other teams. You set the bar in terms of professionalism with the ability to manage multiple, complex projects that are different stages and troubleshoot issues at crucial moments.
  • Obsessed by what matters to your customers - what motivates them, what influences them, you leverage and harvest trends, knowledge and data to deliver impactful and engaging marketing campaigns.
  • You are highly capable of generating, leading and producing world-class creative campaigns working with the best creative agency partners. You know how to get the best out of stakeholders through setting clear briefs, developing processes and communicating in an effective manner.
  • You oversee and manage multiple budgets, with the ability to anticipate and alter marketing investments as required in a fast-moving business. You are supported by the Business Development and Cost Control Manager as well as your own Campaign Management leads.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
  • Significant experience (5+ years) leading teams that develop multi-market, multi-channel marketing and communications campaigns. You have proven experience in leading 360 integrated marketing initiatives in complex setups. While we are open to all backgrounds, agency experience within the fashion and/or technology sector is a plus.
  • High-quality problem solving skills in a fast-moving environment. You're able to take initiative, use good judgment, understand deadlines and carry multiple projects through to completion.
  • Experienced in and passionate about E-Commerce, you bring a strong knowledge of online business models and strategy, as well as a good understanding of the creative side. You're an authentic, mission-driven person and feel comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that values continual experimentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are required, you build and maintain trusted and productive relationships at all levels.
