Key responsibilities for this role include: 

 

Implementation of paid media campaigns across Paid social, display, video, retargeting and PPC. 

 

Optimise accounts from campaigns, keyword research, writing ad copy, to bid management etc. 

 

Review creatives on a recurring basis, including but not limited to the ad rotation settings, the CTR and conversion rate. Suggest new ad copies and maintain an ad-testing matrix so we are always testing and learning. 

 

Ensuring the campaigns are cost-effective and delivering strong return on investment 

 

Supporting in overall strategy and brainstorming new ideas 

 

Working closely with the Content team to ensure a consistent brand message is achieved 

 

Researching relevant news stories or industry developments 

 

Be adept at creating exciting content – both copy and visual 

 

Proactive use of reporting, analysis and insight to develop and optimise campaigns 

 

Monitoring competitor’s activity 

 

 

 

The successful candidate will have the following: 

 

3 year+ experience in paid media or a similar digital role 

 

Experience running campaigns on Google Ads and paid social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Snapchat, TikTok, Pinterest) 

 

Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail 

 

Qualification in Google Adwords desirable but not essential
