La Garçonne is seeking a Customer Service / Fulfilment Specialist who is passionate about providing best-in-class customer service, ranging from addressing client questions and requests to fulfilling online orders in a timely manner.

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

- Ensure customer service tasks i.e., phone calls, emails and chats are addressed and completed promptly.

- Fulfill and ship online client orders on a timely basis.

- Follow-up and resolve client issues for both retail and online, including pending orders, store-transfers, and returns and exchanges.

- Assist in receiving/checking in new merchandise and perform stock checks to ensure inventory levels are accurate.

- Identify opportunities to maximize sales and decrease returns.

 

QUALIFICATIONS: 

- Minimum of two years of relevant experience in the luxury sector in such areas including sales, inventory management/logistics and/or customer service.

- College degree preferred.

- Excellent written and verbal communication.

- Knowledge of Shopify strongly preferred.

- Must be organized and able to multi-task.

- Experienced with FedEx, domestic and international logistics. 

- Familiarity with warehouse receiving and fulfillment.
