Partner with Marketing and PR teams to increase sales on Ecommerce channel. Work with the marketing/PR team to create brand awareness and launch CRM programs to drive loyalty. Contribute to annual plans and on-going planning. Oversee Search Marketing (SEM) and Social media, including competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification, AB testing. Understand the brand's CRM strategies and help its execution to ensure Ecommerce is supported by CRM. Liaise with brand leadership on suitable enhancements to ensure that Ecommerce channel receives the required upgrades. Provide guidance on local tests of new technologies and releases, and report and track bugs. Guide sales team in upgrading their selling skills and ensure all leads are followed, including daily follow up with the brand ambassadors. Assist in marketing and Ecommerce budget process. Perform daily support and monitoring of e-commerce channel key metrics (sales, traffic, returns) and model stock. Perform daily sales reporting. Oversee fraud and any after-sales disputes. Responsible for trade marketing for all boutiques and wholesale Point-of-Sales (POS). Assist with reporting and overall analytics to gain a better understanding of the brand's overall business. Lead monthly reporting initiatives, serving as the analytics support back up for the team. Assist with pulling data from SAP for Business Plans. Reqts: Master's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Business Management, Marketing or a related field, and 2 years of experience in position offered or related, including 2 years of experience with: Managing and marketing licensed brands in an international environment; Marketing of watch, jewelry or luxury goods in domestic and international markets; Budget management and ownership over multiple areas including media, events, Public Relations and product placement; Channel marketing in the watch, jewelry or accessories industry, managing programs for both department stores and independent retailers; Performance Marketing, in particular SEA (Search Engine Advertising), programmatic and paid social; Digital marketing analytical tools, including Google Analytics, AdWords, MS Office, Social Media tools, SAP.
