Position Overview
Purpose and Scope: Assist in curating all aspects of the research, development and presentations for performance, woolen, and tailoring "heritage" fabrications

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities:
* Use your talent and skill to execute products in keeping with the Ralph Lauren aesthetic and sustainable goals.
* Ensure all key and Heritage fabrics are housed within the digital library as developed.
* Facilitate R&D to mitigate issues related to fabric development and proactively seek creative solutions.
* Systematically track all studio developments.
* Ensure all adopted fabrics showcased within the studio meet RL compliance and testing standards.
* Foster good working relationships with Mills and Vendors, Drive clear concise communications with excellent records.
* Ability to attend meetings, compile accurate notes and recap post meeting.
* Assist in curating market and trend information and communicate to partners.
* Facilitate studio pop ups for cross functional teams both physically and digitally.
* Help to facilitate counter developments on all platformed and key materials in multiple countries to enable maximum sourcing flexibility.
* Assist and manage all aspects of daily operation of the Raw Materials studio.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Experience/Skills/Knowledge:
* Degree qualified in Fashion Textile
* Technical knowledge of woven fabrics
* Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills with extremely detailed attention to products.
* Ability to communicate and interact with all cross functional teams.
* PLM experience
* 1 to 2 years' experience.
* Strong general computer skills. Excel , Teams, PowerPoint are essential.
* Adobe Creative suite, 3D Design software used to create 3D enabled fabrics, preferred.
